Thomas D. Baldwin, Managing Director
Mr. Baldwin began his real estate career in 1991 lending on commercial real estate projects at Mutual Trust (now MCAP) in Toronto. He joined the New York office of Kennedy-Wilson in 1993 where he represented the RTC, FDIC and many institutional clients on the disposition of commercial real estate properties located throughout the US and Canada. He has held senior management positions at the Greenwich Group International, as Director; and Kennedy Wilson, as Managing Director, representing owners in the acquisition, sale, joint venture and financing of investment-grade real estate located in North America, Europe, and Japan.
In 2003, Mr. Baldwin formed Winchester Realty, a boutique real estate investment banking firm. Over the course of his career, Mr. Baldwin has advised on transactions valued at over $2 billion. He has been a panelist at real estate conferences and made media appearances, including on CNN regarding the state of the New York commercial real estate market.
Mr. Baldwin graduated from McGill University's Faculty of Management and holds an MS degree in Real Estate from New York University where he has lectured as an Adjunct Lecturer. He is currently New York co-chair of McGill University's International Alma Mater Fund.
